1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging our technical services (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.), you agree to these binding terms with Yannco Technical Services LLC (License No. 633742), a Dubai-based limited liability company. Continued use implies acceptance of future amendments.
2. Service Scope
We provide:
Air-conditioning/ventilation system installation & maintenance
Plumbing and sanitary installations
Electrical repairs and fixture maintenance
Floor/wall tiling and carpentry works
Painting contracts and false ceiling installations
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate site access and utility information
Secure pets/valuables during service execution
Ensure minors/pets remain clear of work zones
4. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods:

Full payment due upon service completion. Late payments incur 5% monthly interest.
5. Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required for cancellations

6. Quality Assurance
Three-tier verification:
On-site supervisor inspections
Post-service customer feedback surveys
7-day warranty on workmanship defects
7. Liability Limitations
Not liable for pre-existing structural/electrical issues
Maximum liability capped at service fee amount
Clients must obtain separate insurance for high-value properties (>AED 5M)
8. Dispute Resolution
Escalation Process:
Written complaint within 72 hours of service
Mediation through Dubai Legal Affairs Department
Final arbitration at Dubai International Arbitration Centre
Governing Law: UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 & Dubai-specific regulations.
